We operate a squad structure based on ability, performance and commitment, which enables swimmers to progress and achieve their full potential.
We work closely with Active Luton’s Hydra programme to spot talented swimmers and to place them in the club. The minimum standard for entry is Level 6 of the National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS) scheme that they follow.
We can also accommodate adult swimmers in our Masters & Senior Age Group squad, and successfully integrate disability swimmers into our programme.
The squad criteria is determined by our Head Coach and should be read in conjunction with the training session schedule. Our squad structure and training is reviewed from time to time by our coaching team.
