Malcolm Barton swam in seven qualifying races to gain 2,252 points and finish in 15th place in the County just ahead of John O’Rourke in 16th position with 2,212 points from his nine races. Ian Norman finished in 35th place.
In the Ladies championship, Eloise Turner in her first ever Masters swimming season finished in 24th place (from only four races) whilst Glenda Mayes, returning to competition after a 14 year absence, ended the year in 25th place. With the recent influx of new female Masters, Team Luton’s women will be looking for more placings in the 2016 championships.
