Team Luton takes the safeguarding of children and young people responsibilities very seriously.

We are Swim Mark accredited which is Swim England’s quality standard for clubs. It recognises high standards of governance, sustainability and effectiveness. Retention of this standard requires our policies and procedures to be checked regularly.

We have fully adopted Wavepower which are the Swim England Child safeguarding policy and procedures. These help to provide a safe, happy and fun environment where children can develop their skills. The full Wavepower document may be found HERE.

As a parent or guardian you play a key role in your child’s success and happiness at the club. Therefore Wavepower have provided general guidance for parents and guardians. These can be found here.
