Each of the three weekends of the 2024 East Region Long Course Championships produced many individual personal best times.

Inspire Sports Village was the venue for the first weekend with Matt Wright using home advantage to claim the Men’s 17 years & over 100m Freestyle title.

Five more medals for Tommy Fenwick, Lexie Sandiford , Talia Staines and Matt Wright came as the venue switched to Norwich.

Tommy won two further medals at the final weekend where all eight of our competitors were again on personal best form. Several Club age group records were broken including one that had stood for over twenty years.
