The majority of our training takes place at the fantastic facility at Inspire: Luton Sports Village. This centre was opened in 2012 and has a 50m 8 lane pool which can be divided by a boom into two separate 25m pools.
We regularly make use of both formats with our more experienced swimmers benefiting for significant long course training on a weekly basis. We also use the extensive sports hall, fitness studios and fully equipped gym for a range of strength and conditioning activities.
