2019 April Long Course Open Meet 20/21 April 2019. 1ER190182

22 April 2019. Please find the result files for our Open Meet at the weekend. Congratulations to all of the swimmers

24 March 2019. Entries for this meet are now CLOSED. Accepted / rejected entries have been posted together with reserve lists for long distance events.

We are pleased that we have now been able to process all of the entries . Unfortunately we were over-subscribed and so have had to reject a number of  swimmers to ensure that we stay within the maximum daily time allowance for a gala. We know that this will disappoint those swimmers we have rejected and hope that they can quickly find another gala to help them achieve their goals for this part of the season.

Below we have attached the initial accepted and rejected entries for the meet, together with a processing statement which outlines the methodology we used. Please check these carefully – a reminder that  our email address for any queries is galas@teamluton.com.

We also include the Schedule of events which now sets out the start times for the afternoon and evening sessions.

During the week we will add the reserve lists for the 800m and 1500m events.

2018 – A great year for Team Luton

2018 was a great year for Team Luton. Our new Head Coach, Rikki Morris, joined us right at the start of the New Year. He has already used his vast experience of swimming to move the club forward. An increasing number of coaches and poolside helpers ensure that swimmers at all levels are improving their skills and are training well.  This has translated into great success in the pool at Club, County, Regional and National level.

The club has also benefited from an increasing number of people volunteering to help the club in many different ways. Our thanks go to each and every one of them. Click here for our full report.

Congratulations to the whole of the club for a great 2018 – we look forward excitedly to 2019.
